Support that adapts to how you live

Our NDIS services are designed to make daily life more manageable, more connected, and more aligned with your goals—whatever that looks like for you.

Care that covers more than one part of life

We focus on independence and choice

At Harmonious Access Care, we offer NDIS services that are practical, flexible, and grounded in real-world experience. Our team supports adults up to 65 living with disability, including physical, medical, and mental health needs.

We provide services that support people across different areas of life. That might mean help with day-to-day tasks, support with personal care, learning new skills, getting to appointments, or feeling more confident in the community.

Our aim is to provide support that’s not only helpful in the moment but also builds towards more independence over time. Each plan is tailored to suit your needs, routines, and preferences—with a team that understands the balance between guidance and giving you space to lead the way.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Our Supported Independent Living service provides tailored day-to-day support in your home—whether that’s a shared setting or your own space. We assist with a range of practical needs, including personal care, cooking, cleaning, and following a daily routine that suits you. We can also support with budgeting, shopping, preparing meals, attending appointments, and encouraging involvement in shared or group activities to support social connection.

Our aim is to create a safe, comfortable, and stable living arrangement where you feel confident in your own space. SIL is not just about what happens in the home—it’s about encouraging independence, building life skills, and making sure you feel included and supported in all areas of your life. With HAC, you’ll have a team that listens, respects your preferences, and works with you to create a living setup that genuinely supports your goals.

Care that supports your comfort, privacy, and routine

Personal Care Assistance

Our personal care assistance supports you with essential daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. These services are provided with care, sensitivity, and consistency—always at your pace and in line with your preferences.

Our support workers are trained to assist respectfully and are guided by your routine so that you feel comfortable and confident every day. We understand that personal care isn’t just about hygiene—it’s also about dignity, trust, and helping you feel like yourself. Whether you need a small amount of assistance or more hands-on support, we’re here to help you feel your best at home.

We also understand that things change, so we’re always ready to adjust how we support you. This service is a key part of our NDIS services, ensuring daily routines are maintained in a way that feels right to you, while also promoting your independence wherever possible.

Daily Living Activities

Our daily living support covers a wide range of practical household tasks, helping you maintain a clean, comfortable, and organised home. This includes support with cleaning, laundry, washing dishes, meal preparation, and other regular household chores. These may seem like small things, but they make a big difference to how you feel at home.

We work with you to understand how you like things done, and then we tailor our approach so that it fits into your routine—not the other way around. Whether you need daily assistance or just a bit of help a few times a week, we provide consistent, respectful support that suits your lifestyle.

We also encourage involvement where possible—so you can keep building confidence in managing tasks while still getting the right level of help.

Stay connected and involved in your community

Community Access

Community access and participation is an important part of your overall support. We offer one-on-one support to help you get to appointments, do your shopping, attend events, join social activities, or just get out of the house for a bit of fresh air.

Our support includes transport, drop-off and pick-up, and staying with you when needed—so you never have to feel rushed or unsure. We know that being active in your community looks different for everyone. Some people prefer quiet activities, others like group outings, and some are working towards a specific goal like volunteering or joining a class.

Whatever your situation, we’ll provide consistent support that helps you feel safe, confident, and connected to the world around you. We shape our support completely around what you’re comfortable with and what you’d like to do more of.

Daily Life Skills

We support you to develop the kinds of everyday skills that make life easier and help you feel more independent. That might include budgeting, planning meals, shopping, managing your schedule, using public transport, or preparing for employment. We work with you to identify the areas where you’d like more confidence, then offer guidance and support at your pace.

These supports are tailored to your routines, your goals, and the way you like to learn. You’ll never be rushed or boxed into a certain way of doing things—we adjust based on what makes sense for you. Over time, we can step back as you grow in confidence and start managing more things independently. Daily life skills are a key part of our NDIS services and can make a real difference in helping you feel more in control of your day-to-day life.
